"I originally had problems with setting up, I couldn't access the public web from the local lan side. The support team (Amber Huang) reached out to inquire about my issue and Lauren provided a solution. The solution identified my error. My error was setting up my pc on static ip address. You need to leave it as dhcp, so other settings are filled in automatically such as dns addresses. For tech support to reach out to me was amazing. I didn't expect it.
